Ingredients
Mutton Chops 1 kg
Thyme 1 tsp
National Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) 1 tsp
Yoghurt 250g
Coriander (Hara Dhanya) Chopped 3 tbsp
Butter 1/2 cup
Oil 1 Tbsp
Hummus –
Chickpeas (Chana) 100g
Garlic (Lahsan) 3 Cloves
National Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) ½ Tsp
Olive Oil (Zaitoon)4 Tbsp
Biscuits 8-10
Mix Vegetables 200g
National Salt to Taste

For Arabian Chops: Take some Oil in a pan and spread thoroughly on the surface. Heat some amount of Butter on it and fry the Mutton chops.
Place the fried chops in a bigger saucepan. Now add Yoghurt, Thyme, Salt and the remaining Butter and leave it to cook.
When ready, take out the chops in a dish and place/lay the Coriander, Black Pepper and Thyme over them.
For Hummus: In a chopper, take the boiled Chickpeas, Garlic, Salt and Olive and chop.
Now add little amount of Water in it and further chop. Take it out in a cup.
In a large plate, decorate chopped Carrots (Gajar), Cucumber (Kheera), Lettuce (Salaad) Leaves and Biscuits.
Now place the cup of Hummus on the plate and garnish with Coriander.
