Ingredients
1/2 kg boiled potatoes
1 egg white
2 tbsp rice flour
2 green chilies finely chopped
1/2 bunch mint leaves finely chopped
1 tbsp seekh kabab Masala
1 tsp National red chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
2 bread slices
National salt to taste
2 tbsp Oil
Cooking Method
Peel boiled potatoes and mash them with a fork.
Add rice flour, mint leaves, red chili, bread slices, National black pepper, green chilies, National seekh kabab Masala and salt.
Add egg white and mix well.
Make seekh kababs out of this mixture.
Cook on a hot greased grill for 4-5 minutes or until well done.
Aloo Kay Seekh kabab is ready now.
Serving Suggestions
Serve hot with paratha and mint chutney
