Chocolate wafer milk shake:

Ingredients
Milk 2 cups
Crushed ice 1 cup
Chocolate sauce ½ cup
Kitkat 4 slabs
Vanilla or chocolate ice cream 4 scoops.
Method
Blend all together and serve immediately.

Special fish curry:

Ingredients

Fish slices 750gm
Curry leaves 20
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Fenugreek seeds ½ tsp
Brown onion ground 4tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
cumin roasted grinded 1-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Tomato puree 2 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Oil ½ cup
Coriander as required
Green chilies as required
Method
heat oil add curry leaves , mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds , add garlic paste with all the dry ingredients , yogurt , tomato puree and fry well, then add 1-1/2 cup water when boil add fish cover and simmer for about 15 min , lastly coriabre

Soya methi chicken :

Ingredients

Chicken ½ kg
Onion 2 chopped
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Garlic crushed 1 ½ tsp
Tomato 2 chopped and skin removed
Dill chopped 2 tbsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Crushed coriander 1 tsp
Allspice ½ tsp
Salt 1 ¼ tsp
Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
Cinnamon 1 stick
Green cardamom 2
Fenugreek leaves 2 bunches small
Oil ½ cup
Coconut milk ½ cup
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp

Method

Heat oil add cinnamon and green cardamom add chopped onion fry till light brown add chopped ginger garlic fry for 2 minutes, add chopped tomatoes fry well, add dill and fenugreek leaves fry until oil comes on top add all spice, salt, pepper, chili powder, turmeric, cumin, add chicken balls and fry well, add 1 cup water, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, until chicken tender and gravy thick.
