Anda Do Piyaza
Ingredients:
Boiled eggs 6
Grinded onion 1
Onion slices 4-5
Crushed ginger garlic 8-10
Whole red chilies 8-10
Whole all spices 1 tbsp
Bay leaves 1
Boiled chopped tomatoes 3-4
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Oil ¾ cup
Salt as required
All spice powder ½ tsp
Green chilies (cut lengthwise) as required
Green coriander as required
Method:
Take boiled eggs and make it fry .now heat oil and fry onion slices and remove it .now in oil whole spices ,whole red chili ,crushed ginger garlic ,grinded onion and bay leaves then roast the masala .now boiled and chopped tomatoes ,salt and red chili powder mix then further roast and add ½ cup of water mix .when tomatoes well tender then add all spices and fry onion then further roast .finally add long cut green chilies and egg add then cook for 5 minutes and add green coriander and serve .

Dhaba Aalu Palak Sabzi :
Ingredients:
Spinach(finely chopped) 3 cup
Small potatoes 8-10
Chopped onion 1
Chopped ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Whole red chilies 6-7
Green chilies 2-3
Bay leaves 1
Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp
Mustard seeds ¼ tsp
White cumin ½ tsp
Asafoetida 2 pinches
Clarified butter 4 tbsp
Salt 4 tbsp
Red chili powder as required
Onion rings for garnishing
Method:
In Small potatoes add salt and boil. Now in 2 cups of water add and finely cut spinach boil for 2 minutes. then strain and add cold water. After this clarified butter heat and add whole red chili ,dry fenugreek ,mustard seeds ,chopped onion ,chopped ginger garlic ,white cumin and bay leaves fry .then salt ,red chili powder and Asafoetida mix and roast .now boiled spinach mix and roast .after this dried fenugreek and potatoes add and leave on dum .finally dish out and garnish with onion rings and green chilies .

Gurh Darchini Ki Chai:
Ingredients:
Water 4 cups
Milk 1 cup
Jaggery 4 tbsp
Cinnamon 1 piece
Ginger powder 1 pinch
Small cardamom 2
Tea 1-1/2 tsp
Method:
In hot water add cinnamon stick , jaggery and small cardamom add and cook until jaggery gets dissolve. Now add tea and milk and cook for few minutes after this 1 pinch ginger powder mix and strain and serve .
