Kfc Style Chicken 

Chicken 1/2kilo leg pieces

1tbsp olive oil 

2tbs soya sauce

2tbs vinegar 

2tbs chiĺlisauce

Salt

Red chilli powder 

Black pepper 

Paprika 1/2 tsp

Baking soda 1/4 tsp

Marinate chicken for 3 to 4 hours

Dipping batter.

3 tbs Maida and 3tbs cornflour 1/4 tsp baking powder red chilli flakes white pepper 1/2tsp some to make thick batter

Take a bowl of chilled water

Take a bowl of Maida 3

cups

Method.

Now take chicken leg dip in batter than in dry Maida and coat coat well now dip this leg in cold water for a second again in dry Maidaa and coat well now deep fry it if you like more spicy you can add chilli powder in dry Maida too.
