Ingredients
Beef 500g
Tomato 6
Cooking Oil 4 tbsp
Water as needed
Onion 2
Salt as per taste
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
National achar ghost masala
Coriander Crushed 1 tbsp
Green Chilli 4
Yogurt half cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Cooking Method
In a cooking pot, add water, onion, tomato, Garlic Paste (1 tbsp), Ginger Paste (1 tbsp) and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now, simmer for 5 minutes and then strain and grind it.
In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, beef, Garlic Paste (1 tbsp), Ginger Paste (1 tbsp),national masala , salt, cumin powder, coriander crushed, green chilli and saute them.
Now, add grinded paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now cover and simmer until tender.
Next, add yogurt,
use green coriander, green chilli, ginger for garnishing.
tasty Achar Gosht now ready to serve.
