Refreshing chilled rose and coconut flavoured beverage to beat the summer heat.
ROSE COCONUT DRINK
Ingredients
Dried rose petals as required
8 tablespoons rose syrup
1 cup coconut water
Lemon juice as required
Ice cubes as required
4 tablespoons soaked sabza seeds
Fresh rose petals for garnishing
Method
1. Apply some lemon juice on rim of individual serving glasses, dip in dried rose petals and turn to rim.
2. Add 4-5 ice cubes, 1 tablespoon sabza seeds and 2 tablespoons rose syrup in each glass.
3. Top with ¼ cup coconut water, stir to mix and garnish with fresh rose petals.
4. Serve chilled.
