Garlic Bread Chicken

اجزا

 

  • سموکڈ چکن چند ٹکڑے (Smoked chicken few pieces)
  • لہسن ایک جوا (Garlic 1 clove)
  • بریڈ تین پیس (Bread 3 pieces)
  • لال مرچ ایک چٹکی (کٹی ہوئی) (Red chili 1 pinch flakes)
  • نمک ایک چٹکی (Salt 1 pinch)
  • لیموں ایک عدد(Lemon 1)
  • زیتون کا تیل دو کھانے کے چمچ (Olive oil 2 tbsp)

ترکیب

  • سب سے پہلے چکن اور لہسن کو چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑوں میں کاٹ لیں۔
  • بریڈ کو تکون کی شکل (triangle shape) میں کاٹ لیں۔
  • اب ان ٹکڑوں کو پین میں اچھی طرح رکھ کر زیتون کے تیل کو ڈریزل(drizzle) کردیں۔
  • نمک، لال مرچ، لہسن اور سموکڈ چکن(smoked chicken)  کو اس کے اوپر سجا دیں۔
  • آخر میں لیموں کا جوس ڈال دیں۔
  • اوون کو ایک سو اسی ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ (180° C) پر رکھ کر بارہ منٹ تک بیک کریں۔
  • گارلک بریڈ چکن (garlic bread chicken) تیار ہے۔
