Dough Ingredients:
Plain Flour 1 Cup
Wheat Flour 1 Cup
Milk as you required
Ghee 1 tbsp
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
National Salt 1 tsp
Turkish Kebab Ingredients:
Chicken Mince 1/2 Kg
Small Onion 1 (Chopped)
Garlic Cloves 4 (Chopped)
Small Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Salt 1 tsp
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Small Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
National Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
National Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Button Red Chilli 1 tsp (Crushed)
Turkish Sauce Ingredients:
Yogurt 1 Cup
Small Onion 1 (Chopped)
Small Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Cucumber 1 (Chopped)
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
National Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a large bowl and add Plain Flour, Wheat Flour, National Salt, Baking Powder and mix it well and then add Ghee and mix it well and then knead it with as you required milk and make a regular daugh not too soft and not too hard make a normal dough and rest it for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Chicken Mince, Onion, Garlic, Tomato, National Salt, Green Chilli, Capsicum, National Coriander Powder, National Cumin Powder, Button Red Chilli and mix it well and make kabab and shallow fry it on pan/tawa/grill.
Step 3: Now make medium size balls of the dough and rolling it and cook it on grill/tawa/pan. Simple cook it from both sides and make simple bread. make all breads with this method.
Step 4: Now take a bowl and add Yogurt, Onion, Tomato, Green Coriander, Cucumber, Lemon Juice, National Black Pepper Powder, National Garlic Powder, National Salt and mix it well. Your Turkish Sauce is Ready.
Step 5: Now take a bread and place a kabab and spread Turkish Sauce and roll it. Follow this and make all rolls. Your Chicken Turkish kabab is Ready.
