Ingerdients:
Keema 2kilo
Tomatoes 8 medium sized
Green chillies cut in to 1/2 inch (10 pieces)
National Salt 1 1/2 tsp
National Turmeric 1tsp
Onions 5 large
National Cumin seeds 1 1/2 tbsp
National Coriander seeds 3tbsp
National Garam Masala 1tbsp
Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
Recipe:
Get a pan, add the mince, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, cumin and coriander seeds, salt, red chilli and turmeric powder. Add 3 to 4 glasses of water and mix. Cover the pan and let it cook on high flame, once it comes to a boil, reduce the flame and cook on medium till water dries completely.
Once it comes to a boil, start scraping the mince with a spatula to break it and mix it properly.
Once the water completely dries, and the oil comes to the surface, add fresh coriander and 1tbsp all spices and mix well for 2 minutes. Serve hot with roti or parathas.
