Tandoori Masala Drumsticks:
Ingredients:
Chicken legs 12-14
Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
Papaya paste 1tbsp
Yogurt 3/4cup
Tandoori masala 3tbsp
Chaat masala 1tsp
Clarified butter 1/2cup
Red chili powder 1tsp
White cumin powder 1tsp
Coal 1
Lettuce leaf, cucumber for garnishing
Salt 1tsp
Butter 2tbsp
Method:
Make cuts on the chicken legs and add salt, papaya paste to marinate for 2hours. Now in a bowl add yogurt , ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, chaat masala, clarified butter, red chili powder and white cumin powder to mix thoroughly and add it on the chicken legs and set it for 2 more hours. Then place them over an oven tray and smoke it with coal and bake it in a preheated oven for 20-25mins. When the chicken legs are tender spread butter over them and set it in the oven for 5mins. Lastly dish it out and garnish it with lettuce leaf and cucumber to serve it hot.
Spicy pan kabab:
Ingredients:
Mince 750 gram
Bread slices 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomato puree 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
Almond paste 1 tbsp
Onion (fry & blended) 2 tbsp
Green chili paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
Hung curd 2 tbsp
Green coriander ½ bunch
Tikka masala 1 tbsp
Coal 1
Butter 4 tbsp
Tomato slice as required
Method
Except tomato slice and coal mix all ingredients in mince and chopped them finely then give coal smoke. Now spread oil in a pan and spread all mixture over it and make marks. Then put tomato slice on it and bake in pre heat oven until it got cooked well and color appears. Take out and serve with salad.
