Ingredients:
All purpose flour(meeda) 4tbsp
Wheat flour 4 tbsp
Milk 3/4 cup
Vanilla essence 1tsp
Sugar as required
4 eggs
Baking powder1/2tsp
For Rabri
Dry milk powder 1/2 cup
Condensed milk 4 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
For decoration
Almond
Raisins
Pistachios
Coconut
Chocolate
Method:
In a large bowl,shift together the wheat flour,all purpose flour,baking powder and sugar.
Make a well in the center and pour in the milk,eggs,vanilla essence,Mix until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.pour or scoop the batter on to the griddle.
Cook until bubbly on top and golden on the bottom,about 4 minutes,flip and cook until golden on the bottom ,about 2 more minutes.
Arrange on a plate.
Top with Rabri,almonds,pistachios,raisins,coconut and chocolate.
Serve hot.
For Rabri
Make a paste of dry milk powder with milk.combine condensed milk and bring to a boil.reduce flame and cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes remove from fire.
Cool and refrigerate.
