○○○○○ STUDENT BIRYANI ○○○○○
Ingredients :
3/4 kg chicken
1/2 kg rice
250gm potato (large cubed)
250 gm onion
250gm tomatoes (chopped) ( 1pao/ 4small)
3/4th cup yougurt
1tsp full dhania powder
1/2 tsp haldi
2tsp red chilli powder
2tsp g.g paste
1tsp kali mirch powder
Jaifel javetri powder 1/4th tsp
3tsp salt
1/4th bunch of hara dhania
1/2 tsp kaala zeera
2-3 darchini sticks
7-8 hari mirch
1/8th bunch of podinay k pattay
2-3 ilaichi
2 tez pat
Ghee or oil 3/4th cup
Method :
Ghee mein pyaz daal kr golden fry krlen. Aur aadhi pyaz nikal len.
Baki k pyaz mein gosht, g.g paste, sabut garam masala, laal mirch, kali mirch , sukha dhania, haldi , j.j pwder, aur namak daal kar achi tarah bhoone. ( mene shan ka bombay biryani masla 1 tbsp dala tha..optional hai..na dalna ho tou rehne den, tab b tasty bane gi 👌 InshaaALLAH) .
Tamatar , hara dhania, podina aur hari mirch ko ek saath chop kr k gosht mein dalen aur bhoone…phr dahi phent k daal den..aur mazeed bhunai karen.
Alu ko cut kr k yellow colr pani mein dal k isi pani mein alu k cubes ko boil krlen.
Aur jb gosht gal jae tou is mein alu dal den.
Chawal ko tez pat dal k 3/4th boil karen. Aur zarda rang mein sirka ya lemon mix kr k rakhen. Is se zarda rang dark hojae ga aur biryani mein bht acha colr de ga.
Ab tyar salan aur chawal ki teh lagayen…sab se upar brown pyaz, zarda rang sirke ya lemon mein mila hua, hara dhania, hari mirch aur pisa garam masla dal k dam pr rakh den on low flame for 25-30 mins.
