Sticky Thai Chicken wings:
Ingredients:
Chicken wings with skin ½ kg
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Fish sauce 1 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Siracha sauce 2 tbsp
Salt as required
Oil 4 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Crushed ginger 1tsp
Green coriander for garnishing
White sesame as required
Method:
In Chicken wings with skin all ingredients mix and leave for whole night .now bake in a oven till than color .finally remove and garnish with green coriander and sesame seeds and serve .
Thai Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce:
For marination ingredients:
Chicken 400 grams
Red curry pastes 1-1/2 tbsp
Curry powder 1-1/2 tsp
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Wooden sticks as required
Coconut rice as required
Ingredients for Peanut sauce:
Peanut butter ½ cup
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Thai red curry pastes 1 tbsp
Coconut rice ½ cup (serving)
Water as required
Ingredients for garnishing:
Cucumber as required
Chopped peanut as required
Lemon slices as required
Green coriander as required
Method:
All chicken marination ingredients mix in chicken and leave for 2 to 3 hours .then swing in chicken stick and grill it .now for peanut sauce all ingredients mix .after this serve with chicken satay ,coconut rice, peanut sauce ,cucumber and lemon slices .then garnish with chopped peanut and green coriander .
Thai Spicy Dipping Sauce:
Ingredients:
Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Fish sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Chopped spring onion ½ cup
Chopped green coriander 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Crushed peanut 1 tsp
Method:
All ingredients mix in a bowl and mix well then serve it.
