Spinach Mushroom Swirls:
Ingredients
Spinach finely chopped 2 cups
Milk 2 tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp
Mushrooms chopped ½ cup
Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Onion chopped 2 tbsp
Puff pastry ½ kg
Beaten egg 1 for topping
Flour as required
Method
Heat butter fry onion mushroom spinach, and seasonings, add cheese, flour and milk, remove and keep aside. Roll puff pastry to a big rectangular, brush rolled pastry with melted butter, spread with spinach mixture, roll up like a swiss roll, wrap and freeze till chilled, cut in slices, brush with beaten egg, put on baking tray, bake for 20 mins on 190 d.

Caramel Smoothie:
Ingredients
Milk 1 cup
Yogurt ¾ cup
chocolate 2 bars
Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops
Caramel syrup for topping
Chocolate syrup for glass
Caramel essence 2 drops
Method
Blend all together, pour in chocolate drizzled glasses and serve immediately.

Baked Pottato With Wicked Topping:
Ingredients
Potatoes 6 cooked
Ingredient for filling
Hung curd ½ cup
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Ketchup 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Red cabbage julienned ½ cup
Green and black olives as required
Sweet corn 3 tbsp
Tikka boti ½ packet
Grated cheese ½ cup
Method
Open the baked potatoes from the middle lengthwise gently, scrape the middle to make a holo, put grated cheese, top with filling, serve warm.
Method for filling
Mix all together and fill in baked potatoes.
