Masalaydar chicken:

Ingredients

Boneless chicken ½ kg cubes
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Karahi masala 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Tomatoes chopped 4
Oil ½ cup
Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
Red chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
Green chilies 2

Method

Heat oil in a wok, add ginger garlic, sauté for 2 mins, add boneless chicken cubes, add chopped tomatoes with all the seasonings except allspice and karahi masala, cover and cook, fry well till oil comes on top, lastly add allspice, karahi masala, chopped coriander leaves and green chilies chopped, serve with nan.

Fiery chili kofta:

Ingredients

Chicken balls 1packet

Ingredients for sauce
Sweet chili sauce ½ cup
Chili garlic sauce ¼ cup
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Tomato puree 4 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
Onion 1
Capsicum 1

Method
Fry koftas and set aside .

Method for sauce

Heat oil add garlic, fry, add veggies with all the rest, add in fried koftas, toss, serve garnished with coriander leaves.

Tanghri pulao:

Ingredients

Chicken legs boiled 8
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Ginger crushed 1 tbsp
Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
Tomatoes chopped 4
Green chilies 6
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Rice boiled ½ kg
Allspice 1 tsp
Almonds sliced 2 tbsp
Pistachio sliced 2 tbsp
Coconut sliced 2 tbsp
Raisin 2 tbsp
Oil as required

Method
Boil chicken legs in turmeric and salt now .Heat oil add ginger garlic, slightly fry till light pink, add in chopped tomatoes, fry well, then add chopped green chilies, salt, chili powder, sambal oleak, haldi, fry well till tomatoes tender, add in boiled chicken legs with allspice, fry till oil comes on top, remove, in a pan give a layer of boiled rice, top with chicken leg mixture, again rice, sprinkle with nuts, layer of rice, put on dum for 15 mins until done.
