Ingredients:
Chicken 6 Pieces (1.5 Kg)
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
National Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Ketchup 2 tbsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
National Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
National Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Mace and Nutmeg Powder (1/4 tsp Each)
National Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
National Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Tikka Masala 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and put chicken pieces and fork it from all sides and then add Vinegar and mix it well and rest it.
Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Yogurt, National Ginger Garlic Paste, National Salt, National Red Chilli Powder, National Green Cardamom Powder, National Black Pepper Powder, Mace and Nutmeg Powder, National Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Tikka Masala, Ketchup, Oil and mix it well.
Step 3: Now put this masala batter into chicken and marinate it well. You can leave it for rest.
Step 4: Now take a pot and put this and cover with lid and cook for 25 minutes (5 minutes on medium flame and 20 minutes on medium to low flame)
Step 5: After that remove the lid and stir it and add Green Coriander, Green Chilli and stir it well and turn off the flame. Now dish out it and then serve with french fries and boiled eggs. Your Spicy Barmi Chicken Masala is Ready.
