National Foods Recipe Name Reshmi kabab ♥️INGREDIENTS

Chicken mince 1  kg

National  Rrshmi  kabab masala 1 pack

Onion (2raw, Green chillies 12 Coriander leaves  5 _6 tbsp,

Mint leaves 4-6 tbsp, Ginger

4 inch pieces)

chop all of these finely

Onion 1 (fried and ground)

Almond Roasted 2 tpsp powder

Zeera (roasted and ground) 1 tsp

Mehtod.

Mix all of the above ingredients in the chicken mince and marinate it for an hour.

Later, roll the mince into seekh kababs and BBQ.

  • Serve with nan and salad. Raita

Combine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal and toss to mix. Heat oil in deep-fryer or deep skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Fry 4 or 5 tortilla strips for 30 seconds on a side, until golden brown.
