Back in Italy with Jamie’s Great Italian Escape! In this episode Jamie tries to get donations for the oldest herb garden in Italy, which is based at a Monastery in Lazio. But to do this he needs to cook up some grub good enough to make the locals dig deep, and on top of that inspire the monks to get a bit more creative in their cooking and reinvigorate their passion for food. Jamie cooks up a roasted sausage with beautiful salsa rossa and lentils which goes down very well!
