Ingredients:
500 gm Maida
200 Liter Water
2 tsp Yeast
Salt (As Needed)
1 tsp Oregano
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Green Capsicum
1 Tomato
200 gm Chicken
2 tsp Tomato Sauce
200 gm Mozzarella Cheese
2 tsp Italia Black Olive
½ tsp Red Chili Crushed
½ tsp Garlic (Chopped)
For Sauce:
2 tsp Italia Olive oil
Salt (As Needed)
1 tsp Red Chili Crushed
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Garlic
Method:
First of all, add maida in a bowl. Also add salt, oregano, Italia olive oil, water & mix them and keep this mixture aside by covering it for two hours. Next, take prepared dough. Make small round balls. Press lightly to change it into cutlets shape. Now apply the sauce. It’s time for coating. Complete this process with the help of tomato slice, boiled chicken, green capsicum, mozzarella cheese,Italia black olive. bake it for 10 minutes at 190 °C and serve. For Sauce: Add all these sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix them well.Sauce is ready for pizza bomb.
