Recipe Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, apricots)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, dried fruit, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let cool completely before breaking into clusters.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
