A delicious burger recipe with many twists and turns!
NOODLES BURGER
Ingredients
140 grams instant noodles
3 large potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
4 burger buns, halved and toasted
1½ tsps red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsps freshly chopped coriander leaves
Dried bread crumbs as required
Oil for shallow frying
1 small carrot, cut into small cubes
¼ cup frozen green peas
A pinch of dried red chilli flakes
Lettuce leaves as required
Cheese slices as required
Tomato slices as required
Method
1. In a bowl, add potatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, and chopped coriander, mix well.
2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties, coat it with bread crumbs and set aside.
3. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan, shallow fry the prepared patties till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper and set aside.
4. Heat 2 cups water in a non-stick pan, add taste-maker, mix well and let it come to a boil.
5. Lightly crush the noodles and add to the pan, mix well. Let it cook 1 minute.
6. Add carrots and green peas, mix well. Add salt, dried red chilli flakes and cook till the noodles are cooked completely. Take it off the heat.
7. Place lettuce leaves on the base of the burger bun, place a portion of the prepared noodles, place the patty and a portion of the noodles, place a cheese slice, and a few slices of tomatoes, and cover with the top of the burger bun.
8. Serve immediately.
