Minty roll
Ingredients
2tbsp Italia olive oil
250 gm boneless chicken
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
1tsp national black pepper
salt to taste
1tbsp soya sauce
1tbsp green chilli
1 capsicum
Handful mint leaves roughly chopped
1tbsp maida
Springroll wrappers
In a pan add 2tbsp italia olive oil. Add in 250gm boneless chicken cut into small pieces, 1tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1tspblackpepper,salt to taste, 1tbsp soya sauce, 1tbsp green chilli roughly chopped.mix well and fry for 5 minutes. Cook till chicken tender. Lastly add 1capsicum roughly chopped and cook for five minutes add in 1tbsp maida and mix well. Cook for five minutes and remove from heat. Filling is ready. In a spring roll wrappers put the filling and make rolls. Deep fry the rolls in italia olive oil and serve with ketchup
