Recipe:
Channa daal. 250 gm

Whole red chili. 10 pcs
Black pepper. 20 pcs
Black cardimum. 1 pcs
Crimon stick. 2 pcs
National gram masla 1/2 t/sp
Cumin seed 1tb/sp
Salt. 1 1/2tb/sp
Water. 2liter
Egg. 2
Oil. 250gm
Method :
Take a pot put beef channal daal and all masla take off the led Cook when it become tenderized take out the stove .then grind into mixer .make kabbab deep into egg then fry .

Mint
Cumin seed
Garlic clove. 2 pcs
Green chili
Tamariend pulpu
Then grind in small quaitity water .
