Recipe :
Beef mince. 1kg
Tomato fine chop. 5
Green onion fine chop. 100 gm
Green chilli fine chop. 6
Ginger garlic paste. 3tb/sp
Coriander leaves. Half bunch
National Salt. 2tb/sp
National gram masla powder. 1/2 t/sp
Black pepper crush 1t/sp
Cumin crush. 1t/sp
Red crush chilli. 1 t/sp
Crud for softness. 4tb/so
Anar Dana. 100 gm
Method :
Take a bowl put into mince add all vegetables and masla mixed well.make kabbab put tomato on one side .then deep fry

Green chuttni and raita salad
