Mutton ½ kg
Gram lentil 250 gm soaked for 1 hour
Onion 2 sliced
Tomatoes 3
National Ginger 1 tbsp
National garlic 1 tbsp

national Coriander powder 2 tsp
Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp

Method:
Heat oil fry onion golden add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and mutton with salt, chili powder, cumin, coriander powder, turmeric and fry well till tomatoes soft and oil comes on top, add chana ki daal, fry for 5 minutes add about 3 cups water, cook till mutton and daal tender, slightly mash daal add allspice, lastly give baghar,
