Nargisi Kofta Recip

Nargisi Kofta Ingredients:

Beef Mince 1/2 Kg
Green Chilli 4
Onion 1/2 (Chopped)
National Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Chickpea Flour 2 tbsp
National Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
National Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
National Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
National Cumin Powder 1 tsp
National Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
National Salt 1 tsp
Egg 4 (Boiled)

Gravy Ingredients:

Tomato 2 (Chopped)
Onion 2 (Chopped)
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Oil 1/2 Cup
Green Chilli 4
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
National Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
National Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
National Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
National Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
National Salt 1 tsp

Nargisi Kofta Direction:

Take a chopper and add all ingredients such as Beef Mince, Green Chilli, Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Coriander, Chickpea Flour, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt and chopped it well and then spread water on hands and make a big ball of this mince and place a boiled egg and bind it properly. Follow this method and make all nargisi kofta.

Gravy Direction:

Step 1: Now take a pot and add oil and preheat it and then add Onion and fry it until it become into light pink color. After that add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and then add Tomato and stir it for 1 minute on medium flame and then add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and stir it and then add 1 cup water and stir it and then cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame with lid.

Step 2: After that remove the lid and stir it and mashed it and then add Yogurt and stir it and then add all Nargisi Koftas carefully and cook it on high flame for 1 minute without rotated them. After that change their side and cook it for 1 minutes on high flame. After that add 2 cups water and cook it for 15 minutes on medium to low flame with lid.

Step 3: After that remove the lid and then stir it for 2 minutes on high flame and after that add 1/2 cup water and add chopped Green Chilli, Green Coriander, Garam Masala Powder and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium to low flame. After that remove the lid and stir it and turn off the flame. Your Nargisi Kofta is Ready.
