Ingredients
Meat – 1/2 kg
Green chillies – 6-7
Dried red chillies – 2-3
National Ginger-garlic paste – 1.5 tsp
Ghee – 2 tsp
National Salt to taste
How to Make Meat Roast
Heat ghee in a pan. Add the slit green chillies, dried red chillies and the National ginger garlic paste. Fry till done.
Now add the sliced meat. Add salt. Stir well.
Now add 1/4 cup of water. Cook for 25 mins on low flame.
Serve with rice.
