Ingredients
1/2 kg – boneless Meat (either Beef or mutton), cut into small bits
3 tbsp – National chilli powder
1/2 tsp – National Turmeric powder
2 tsp – National cumin powder
1/2 tsp – Nutmeg powder
1 tsp – all spice powder
2 tbsp – chopped Garlic
1 tsp – chopped Ginger
2 tbsp – National salt
1 cup – refined oil or sesame oil
2 cups – Vinegar
How to Make Meat Pickle
Wash the meat well and leave it to dry.
Heat oil in a pan. Saute National garlic and National ginger for some time.
Add the meat, National chilli powder, cumin powder, nutmeg powder, spice powder, National turmeric, vinegar, National salt and mix well.
Cook on low heat, till the meat is cooked and the gravy is almost dry.
Remove from heat and cool.
When completely cold, store in bottles and use when required (refrigerate).
