Mash Matar Ki Khichdi:
Rice 2 cups
Split Black gram ½ cup
Green peas boiled ½ cup
Oil ¼ cup
Onion sliced ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Curry leaves 6 – 8
Salt to taste
White pepper 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
Whole red chilies 6-8
METHOD
Pan men oil garam ker kay zeera, lal mirch or curry patta dal ker fry ker len. phir brown shamil keren or Phir lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker bhoon len. Ab daal mash, rice or green peas dal ker salt, chicken powder or white pepper bhi dal den. Ab pani dal ker boil anay den jab boil ajay to dhakan laga ker dum per chor den 15 minutes kay bad dhankan hata ker chamchay se chala len or serve Karen.

Methi Kay Parathay :
Flour 1 cup
Fenugreek ½ cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
Water as required
Oil (for frying) as required
METHOD
In mixing bowl add flour and all ingredients knead well. leave for 10 minute. Make balls and roll them. Roast on tawa by applying oil.

Mangochiyan:
Ingredients:
Daal mong 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Red chili powder 1 tsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Sweet soda 1 pinch
Ingredients for Gravy:
Oil ¼ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onion paste ½ cup
Tomato paste ½ cup
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Salt as required
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Water as required
METHOD
Soak green lentil in water for 2 hour. Sieve and mix all in spices. Add in blender and blend well. Heat oil in pan and fry mangochian in low flame. Heat oil in separate pan, add garlic ginger paste cook well. Add onion, tomatoes and all spices cook for 4 to 5 minutes till oil separate. Serve well.

Lal Chutney:
Ingredients:
Red chili whole 12-15
Garlic 6-8 cloves
Onion half
Cumin 1 tsp
Salt as required
Oil 1 tbsp
Water as required
METHOD
Blend all ingredients in blender.
