These masala packed banana chips are crispy and yummy, makes a perfect snack for kids.

MASALA BANANA CHIPS

Ingredients

4 raw Kerala bananas
1 tsp Tata Sampann Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1½ tsps chaat masala
Oil for deep frying

Method

1. In a bowl, add Tata Sampann Red Chilli Powder, turmeric powder, salt and chaat masala. Mix well and set aside.
2. Peel bananas and thinly slice it using a mandolin slicer.
3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, drop in the slices of banana and deep fry till golden and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper and transfer into a large bowl.
4. Sprinkle the prepared spice mix and serve as required.
