Ingredients:
2 mangoes,chopped
1/2cup milk,chilled
3 scoops Vanilla ice cream
sugar as required
3tbsp basil seeds(Thukmalanga)
Soaked in1/2cup milk.
For decoration:
1 cup mango chunks
Jellies
Almonds 6 to 7(sliced)
Pistachios 6to7(sliced)
Raisins
Coconut chunks 2 tbsp
Method:
First soak basil seeds in milk for about 30 minutes.
In a blender add mangoes,ice cream,sugar and milk.
Blend to a smooth thick milk shake.
Pour this thick mango milk shake in glasses.
Then add basil seeds.
Add jellies.
Again,add mango thick milk shake.
Add chopped mangoes.
Top with the sliced almonds and pistachios,raisins,coconut , jellies and chocolate.
Serve chilled.
