Lasagnia sheets 1pack

Chicken mince 1/2kg

Onion  finely chopped2 

Carrot finely chopped2

Oil as per needed

National red chilly powder 1tsp

Toamto puree

National vinegar1tsp

National soya sauce1tsp

National chilly sauce1tspp

National saltas per choice

Tomato Paste1/2 cup

Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp 

Morzerella cheese1/2cup grated

Chadder cheese1/2cup grated

milk 1/2litter

 Blond Roux 1/2 tbsp

Onion inserted with cloves and a bay leaf 

Nutmig powder

Method

Boil lasagnia sheets insalted warer strain and let them place seprately on a greese surface

Heat oil and sauté the onion and carrotadd ginger garlic paste and little bit bhonify add chicken mince tomatopuree, tomato paste red chilly powder and salt ,vinegar, chilly sauce, soya sauce and stir untill meat tender well make it dry in add parsely at last and remove from heat

Boil milk with the onion inserted with cloves and a bay leaf untill milk become fregrant and then add roux stir quickly untill sauce thickens 

  1. In a bbaking dish add meat mixture spread lasagnia sheet over it spread meat mixture again pour white sauce spinkle cheese and repeat the same process on top spread loads of cheese and bake at 180 20 for min or untill golden from top
