Chicken Ingredients:

Chicken Breast Boneless 2
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
National Salt 1 tsp
National Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
National Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Warm Milk 1 Cup

Coating Ingredients:

Plain Flour 1+1/2 Cups
National Salt 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
National Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
National Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

Topping Ingredients:

Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese 1/2 Cup
Pizza Sauce 1/4 Cup
Black Olives
Capsicum 1 tsp (Chopped)
Oregano

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Warm Milk and add Lemon Juice and mix it and rest it for 5 minutes in room temperature.

Step 2: Now Flatten the Chicken Breasts with kitchen hammer.

Step 3: After 5 minutes add National Salt, Paprika Powder, Ginger Powder, National Garlic Powder, National Black Pepper Powder into milk and mix it well and then add Chicken Breasts and rest it for 1 hour in refrigerator.

Step 4: After 1 hour, take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Salt, Baking Powder, National Garlic Powder, National Black Pepper Powder and mix it well and then coating on Chicken Breasts and then again dip into remaining chicken masala paste and then again coating with dry batter and then deep fry it into preheated oil. Fry it on medium flame.

Step 5: Now your Crispy Chicken is Ready. Now spread pizza sauce on it and then sprinkle cheese and place Capsicum and again sprinkle cheese and then place Black Olives and sprinkle Oregano and melt it into microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Now your KFC Style Crispy Chicken Pizza is Ready.
