At Bona Bona during the NYC Smorgasburg fair, you can get ice cream topped with Italian meringue. The ice cream is homemade and the meringue is torched like a s’more. Smorgasburg is a weekly food fair in Brooklyn that features unique food combos, such as fried cookie dough.
