Rice Ingredients:

Soaked Rice 1/2 kg
National Salt 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp

Garam Masala:
Bay leaf 1Green Cardamom 4

Black Pepper 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Cloves 4
Cinnamon 2
Black Cardamom 1

Hara Masala Ingredients:

Chicken 1/2 Kg
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Oil 1/2 Cup
Green Coriander 1/2
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
National Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
National Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
National Salt 2 tsp
Green Chilli 8
National Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Mint Leaves 4 tbsp

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot and add 2 liter water and then add salt, garam masala and stir it and boiled it. After that add Soaked Rice and boiled it for 5 minutes on high flame and then strainer it well and dish out it.

Step 2: Take a blender jar and add Green Coriander, Green Chilli and blend it well. Your green paste is ready now.

Step 3: Now take a pot and add oil and add onion and fry it until it become into golden brown color. After that dish out it and then add National Ginger Garlic Paste into remaining oil and stir it well and add Chicken and stir it well and add Lemon Juice and stir it for 2 minutes on high flame and then add National Cumin Powder, National Salt, National Coriander Powder and stir it well and then use low flame and add green paste (from step 2) and add 4 tbsp water and stir it well and cover with lid and cook for 5 to 10 minutes on medium flame.

Step 4: After that remove the cover and add Yogurt and add Mint Leaves and stir it on low flame and add Boiled Rice (From Step 1) and sprinkle fried onion and then add green color (optional) and cover with lid and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame and then cook it for 15 minutes on low flame. After that your Hara Masala Biryani is Ready.
