Creamy and delicious, unique flavoured ice cream, with loads of dried rose petals is something you should definitely add to your dessert list.

GULKAND ICE CREAM

Ingredients

¾ cup fresh cream
¾ cup milk powder
¾ cup condensed milk
½ cup gulkand
½ cup milk
¼ cup rose syrup
Dried rose petals as required

Method

1. In a blender jar, add fresh cream, milk powder, condensed milk, gulkand, milk, rose syrup, blend till well combined.
2. Pour the prepared mixture in an air tight container, sprinkle dried rose petals, slightly mix it and freeze it for 7-8 hours.
3. Scoop out gulkand ice cream and serve immediately.
