Its a little bit Gross. The one Guy thats plating is constantly wiping sweat off and touching his nose, mouth and face and arranging the food with his bare hands. Then he uses a dirty towel to clean a plate, then he's using the dirty towel to wipe his hands off. It seems like who ever edited the video wanted you to see it.
