Filter coffee is rich, strong, milky coffee decoction that’s made with a stainless steel coffee filter.
FILTER COFFEE
Ingredients
4 tablespoons coffee powder
1 cup milk
2-3 tablespoons sugar
Method
1. Heat sufficient water in a non-stick pan.
2. Put coffee powder in a traditional coffee filter, press down the attachment, add hot water, cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
3. Boil milk in another non-stick pan. Add sugar, mix well and let it melt. Add coffee decoction and mix well.
4. Pour in traditional filter coffee cups and using a steel tumbler transfer coffee 3-4 times to get a frothy top.
5. Serve hot.
