Falooda Kheer:
Ingredients
Milk 1 kg
Rice ¼ cup
Colored Vermicelli ¼ cup
Sugar ¾ cup
Almonds 6
Pistachios 6
Cardamom 3
Desiccated Coconut ¼ cup
Method

Chicken Paratha:
Ingredients
Chicken breast boneless 250 gram
Chicken tikka masala 2tsp
Flour 1 cup
Plain flour 1 cup
Sugar 1tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil 2tsp
Method
sy pehly atta meada chini or Nanak oil dal k gondh led gy sakht
Phr chicken k barek piece kar k tikka masala lgai gy
Phr pan m oil dal k chicken cook karygy
Us k bad parathy bail k chicken k rashy parathy m rakh k halki anch p pakaigy
Prawn salad :
Ingredients
Prawns ½ packet
Spring onion 1
Cabbage 1
Tomato 1
Olive oil 2 tsp
Lemon juice ½tsp
Mayonnaise 3 tsp
Ketchup 2 tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Red pepper crushed ¼ tsp
Oil for frying
Method
Heat oil to fry prawns , now in a bowl add veggies chopped and season it with seasoning lastly add prawn and serve .
Shami Kabab :
Ingredients
Beef/chicken mince 1kg
Split Bengal gram 250gm
Onion 3-4
Garlic paste 1tbsp
Ginger paste 1tbsp
Egg beaten 1-2
Chopped green chilies 3-4
Coriander as required
Oil as required
Kabab masala 1packet
Method
Wash lentil and soak for about 30 min and then before cooking drain out well,now in a pan add mince , soaked lentil ginger , garlic , shami kabab masala, and 3 glass of water bring it to boil , cook till tender , now let it dry and then add this in a chopper and grind well, now in this grind mixture add green chilies and coriander and give shape of shami kabab , now dip kababs in eggs , now heat oil in a pan fry kabab and serve.
