A quick and easy eggless Vanilla cake recipe that pairs well with a warm cup of tea or milk.
EGGLESS VANILLA CAKE
Ingredients
¾ cup softened butter + greasing
1 cup condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup refined flour + for dusting
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 cup condensed milk
¼ cup milk
Method
1. Preheat the oven at 180˚C. Grease a cake tin with butter and dust with refined flour, keep aside.
2. In a bowl, cream together butter, condensed milk, and vanilla essence till the colour changes slightly.
3. Sift refined flour, baking soda, baking powder directly into the prepared mixture. Gently cut and fold the mixture till well combined. Add milk and fold again.
4. Pour into greased cake tin and spread the batter evenly. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove and let it cool.
5. De-mould and cut into squares and serve.
