Doodh Jalabei Custard:

Ingredients:
Milk 1 litre
Jalabei 250 gms
Egg Yolk 3
Vanilla Essence ½ tsp
Sugar ½ cup
Fresh Cream 1 cup
Almonds (roasted) 4 tbsp
Custard Powder 2 tbsp

Crispy Fried Wings:
Ingredients:
Chicken Wings 12
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 4 tbsp
Chaat Masala 2 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Eggs 2
Corn Flour ½ cup
Bread Crumbs 1 cup
Oil for frying
Method:
• Marinate chicken wings add ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, chili garlic sauce, chaat masala, oregano and leave it.
• Coat chicken wings with corn flour.
• Then roll in eggs, bread crumbs and fry.
• Crispy fried wings is ready.

Chicken Stuffed Cheese Cutlets:

Ingredients:

Potatoes(boiled) ½ kg
Mince (chicken) ½ kg
Mozzarella Cheese 1cup
Black Pepper Powder 1tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Green Chilies 2tsp
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
Eggs 2
Bread Crumbs 1 cup
Oil (for frying) as required
Chaat Masala 2 tsp
