“Deconstructed Bhelpuri Sandwich “

Recipe :

Potatoes boiled and mashed 2 cup 

Onion chopped 1 big 

Green chili chopped 4

Coriander leaves 1/4 cup 

Mint leaves chopped 

Salt to taste 

Red chili pwd 1tsp 

Chat masala 1 tbsp 

Sugar 2 tbsp 

Dashi chicken pwd 2tsp 

Imli chutni 4 tbsp 

Italia olive Oil as required 

Rai Dana 1/2 tsp 

Curry leaves 8 to 10

Bread slices 12

Sev or dal moth as required 

Green chutney :

Green chili 6

Coriander leaves 1/2 cup 

Mint leaves 1/3 cup 

Garlic cloves 2 

Salt to taste 

Cumin crushed 1 tsp 

Blend everything fine and green chutney is ready. 

Sweet and sour red chilli chutney :

Kashmiri red chilli 1 big soaked 4 hours 

Salt to taste 

Vinegar 2tbsp 

Garlic cloves 2

Jaggery 1/4 cup 

Onion 4 tbsp 

Lemon juice 1big 

Italia olive oil 2 tablespoons 

Soaked red chilli for about 4 hours .

Now blend red chilli with water. 

In a pan add oil, garlic cloves, onion and fry for a while. Now add blended red chilli paste, vinegar, lemon juice, Jaggery ,salt and cooked until Jaggery melts and becomes thick. Ready. 

Method :

First mashed boiled potatoes, now add chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves, mint leaves, Dashi chicken pwd, salt, red chili pwd, chat masala, sugar, Imli chutni, and set a side. 

Now in a pan add 2 tbsp oil add rai Dana, curry leaves and cook until fragrant comes out. Add them in potatoes, now mix all the masala well.Cut bread slice in round shape with the help of cutter, in a pan toast bread slices. Now take slices spread sweet and sour red chilli chutney in one slice, and green chutney in second slice now spread potato masala and cover it. On the edges put Imli chutni an stick sev over it. Sprinkle onion, green chili, coriander and enjoy.
