Zeera Biscuits:
Ingredients:
Flour 2 cups
Butter 1 cup
Icing Sugar ¼ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Method:
Beat icing sugar and butter together till light and creamy. Add egg and beat well.
Mix all dry ingredients together in another bowl, add this dry mixture to butter mixture, fold well.
Make cookies out of batter on a baking tray
Bake it on 170 degree for 10 minutes then bake it 180 for 5 minutes more.
Multi Grain Bread:
Ingredients
Whole wheat flour 350gm
Plain flour 350gm
Wheat bran 100gm
Yeast 2tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Brown sugar 2tbsp
Bread improver 2tbsp
Sesame seeds 75gm
Flakes seeds 75gm
Raisin 50gm
Warm water 3cups
Rolled oats 100gm
Walnut chopped 100gm
Pumpkin seeds 50gm
Eggs 2
Olive oil 50gm
Method
In a bowl add 2cups of warm water, yeast and sugar let it rise, now in a bowl add remaining ingredients and yeast mixture with warm water kneed and rise again , now roll it and place it in baking tin let it rise for 45 min , lastly bake on 200 deg oven for 40 min , cut in slices and serve .
Cheese Ball Pasta Salad :
Ingredients:
Cheese balls 1 packet
Boiled shell pasta ½ packet
Olive oil 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Capsicum (cubed) 2
Tomato (cubed) 2
Oil for frying
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Pine apple chunks 1 cup
Method:
cheese balls deep fry in oil for 6 to 8 minutes then remove and set a side .then all ingredients and cheese ball mix and serve in a salad bowl .
