Creamy Cucumber Dip (Finger Foods for Kids)

The refreshingly cool and minty flavour of this dip is sure to please your little one. Make this dip and serve with crackers, cheese straws, plain salt biscuits or any other biscuit that your child enjoys. This dip will add an extra flavour to his snack.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes.
Cooking Time: Nil.
Makes ¾ cup.

½ cup thinly grated cucumber
¼ cup fresh hung curds (chakka dahi)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
½ tsp garlic (lehsun) paste, optional
½ tbsp mint (phudina) paste
Salt to taste

For serving
Cream cracker biscuits

1. Squeeze out the water from the cucumber and discard it.
2. Blend the cucumber in a mixer till smooth.
3. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, including the blended cucumber and mix well.
4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve chilled with the cream cracker biscuits.
