Coffee naan khatai:
Ingredients:
Flour 1cup + 2tbsp
Gram flour 2tbsp
Baking soda 1/4tsp
Salt 1pinch
Coffee 1-1/2tsp
Clarified butter 1/2cup
Egg yolk 1
Semolina 1tbsp
Pistachios 2tbsp
Method:
Firstly add flour, semolina, baking soda, salt and coffee to mix and filter them and beat crushed sugar and clarified butter. Now add the filtered ingredients to knead them and set it for 15mins. After that make small small naan khatai and press it with your thumb and sprinkle pistachios over them. Now in a preheated oven bake it at 180 degrees for 15-20mins and serve.
Tawa Chicken Chaska:
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Butter 4 tbsp
Carom seeds ¼ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1
Ginger garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Whole red chilies 6-7
All spice powder ½ tsp
Ingredients for vegetables:
Capsicum (cut in length) 1
Cabbage (cut in length) 1 cup
Carrot (cut in length) 1
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Method
Heat oil and butter then fry chicken in it. Now add chopped ginger garlic, whole red chili and onion then cover it and cook for 5 minutes. Then add yogurt, salt, black pepper, carom seeds and all spice powder and saute gravy well then add little water and cook. Add carom seeds and lemon juice and mix. Now on same tawa heat butter and oil and fry cut vegetables. Now add salt, black pepper and crushed garlic, mix well and serve with fry chicken.
