300 gm Chicken
100 gm Yogurt
1 tsp Garlic paste
1/2 tsp National Salt
1 tbsp Chilli flakes
2 tsp Chicken National tikka spice
2 tbsp Oil for frying chicken
1 tsp Chilli flakes
Bread slices 15
Mayonnaise
1 cup Cheese
2 cup Oil for frying roll
Method ❤️
Add yugurt, garlic paste and salt in chicken cubes
Add chilli flakes and chicken tikka spice and mix in chicken..
Marinate chicken for 15 minutes.. Then cooked in 2 tbsp oil until chicken is done
When checken have done add chilli flakes and turn off flame.
Roll out bread slice and cut edge
Apply mayonnaise,, and chicken tikka filling with cheese
Make roll and dip in egg
Coat with bread crumbs
- Fry until light brown serve with mayo sauce National ketchup.
