- CHICKEN ORANGE LOLLIPOP 🍗🍗
INGREDIENTS:
For marination:
Chicken drumsticks 6 to 8
Flour 1 cup
Corn starch 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt (as required)
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Water
Oil for frying
INGREDIENTS:
For glaze:
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Chopped onion 1 medium
Chopped green chillies 2
Sweet chilli sauce 3 to 4 tbsp
Orange tang powder 2 tbsp (mix with 1/2 glass of water)
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Salt ( if needed)
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
METHOD:
wash the drumsticks than cut around the thin end of drumette scrape meat of the bone push towards an upper end than push to turn the meat inside out lollipop is ready
Now take a bowl add all the dry ingredients mentioned above for marination mix well than add soya sauce and water and make a thick paste dip chicken lollipop in this better and deep fry them
For glaze heat oil in a pan sauté chopped garlic and add onion and green chilies as well saute them for couple of minutes than add all the ingredients 1 by 1 and make a thick glaze than add fried lollipops and combine well
Serve with garlic sauce or ketchup
FOR GARLIC SAUCE: 🍲🍲
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Cream 2 tbsp
Salt
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Combine all the ingredients together sauce is ready to serve
