Ingredients:
Bread Slices 4
National Vinegar 1 tbsp
Boneless Chicken 200 gms
Red Capsicum 1/2 (Chopped)
Green Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Orange Capsicum 1/2 (Chopped)
Yellow Capsicum 1/2 (Chopped)
vRed Chilli Powder 1 tsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
National Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
National Cumin Powder 1 tsp
National Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1/4 tsp
National Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
National Ketchup 4 tbsp
National Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
National Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese 1 Cup
Direction:
Step 1: Take a pan and add oil and heat it and then add Boneless Chicken and fry it on medium flame for 5 minutes and then add Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Paprika Powder, Oregano, Garlic Powder, Soya Sauce, Vinegar, Chilli Sauce and stir it well and then add Red Capsicum, Green Capsicum, Orange Capsicum, Yellow Capsicum and stir it well and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame with stir. After that add Ketchup and stir it and turn off the flame. You chicken fajita is ready.
Step 2: Now take a bread slice and put chicken fajita from step 1 and then sprinkle Grated Mozzarella and Cheddar and then place second bread slice. Make other slices with this method.
Step 3: Now take a grill pan and preheat it and brush with butter and then place this sandwiches and cook it for 2 minutes on medium to low flame each side. After that cut it into triangle shape. Your fajita sandwich is ready.
