Chat pata chicken rolls
Chicken 2 cups
Raw papaya 1tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Green chili chopped 4
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Salt half tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Turmeric powder half tsp
Italia olive oil 2tbsp
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Chaat masala 1tsp
Chili garlic sauce half cup
Mint leaves as required
Onion as required

Method
In a blender, blend yogurt, green chili, cumin seeds, salt and turmeric powder. Marinate chicken cubes with raw papaya and ginger garlic paste. Pour the yogurt mixture in marinated chicken cubes. In a pan heat oil. Fry marinated chicken and cook on slow until chicken tender. Then fried the frozen paratha. In paratha spread chili garlic sauce, cooked chicken then sprinkle mint leaves and onion. Roll the paratha and serve.
